   Okay, my dad had the same problem, what you need to do is set the internal gps to searching for bluetooth devices, you also search at the same time on your Mobile phone, the bmw will auto-rocognise it and set it as a device it will show on the mobile screen depending on the phone type and then your done, you can only configure about 3 phones at once, it confuses the system with more
